Do I need to change trackers?
No. We only send postbacks. We work with AlterCPA trackers, Keitaro, Binom, and any tracker that accepts GET. With an AlterCPA tracker it's a one-click setup. But we'd be delighted if you moved to an AlterCPA tracker — there the integration works out of the box.
What if I don't have a tracker yet?

Is it safe for my bot?
Yes. The token is validated when you connect it, updates arrive on a secured webhook. The bot needs admin rights only to see joins and leaves.
Do you catch unsubscribes and bans?
Yes — as separate statuses and postbacks, within a window you define. That's how you cut quick churn and fraud.
Will organic count as leads?
No. A lead is created only from a bot start carrying a click. Organic joins show in the activity journal but create no lead and no postback — your stats stay clean.
Can the welcome be more than one message?
Yes. On a paid plan the welcome becomes a multi-screen funnel: each screen has its own text, media, and buttons, and buttons open a URL with your click or jump to another screen. You build a mini-landing right inside the bot. On the free Kitten plan it's the classic single-message welcome.
Aren't broadcasts spam? Will my bot get banned?
No. We message only people who pressed /start in your own bot — a warm, opt-in base — and we send through your bot within Telegram's limits. Every message carries an "Unsubscribe" button, and we honour every opt-out and block forever.
How is the CRM different from broadcasts?
Broadcasts message your whole base by segment; the CRM is live one-to-one chat: a team of operators replies to everyone who messages your bot, from a shared inbox.
