AlterCPA TOP Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the AlterCPA TOP service (hereinafter — the Service). They are mandatory for all registered users. Registration and payment for access constitutes your full agreement with these terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is (AS IS) without any warranties. We do not guarantee the performance of the Service, its availability in all regions of the world, or uninterrupted operation.

You use the Service at your own risk without any guarantees from the administration. The Administration is not liable for any losses associated with the operation or failure of the Service.

The Administration is not responsible for the actions of third parties that led to interruptions in the Service or compromise of user data.

AlterCPA TOP is an experimental project whose entire codebase was generated by artificial intelligence without direct human involvement in writing or reviewing the code. This means the Service may contain unforeseen bugs, vulnerabilities, or unstable behaviour that are difficult to eliminate with this development approach. By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge this fact and accept all associated risks in full.

Note: this disclaimer does not imply negligence on our part regarding quality or security. We make every effort to keep the Service reliable, but we are obliged to honestly disclose the experimental nature of the project and our inability to provide absolute guarantees of any kind.

Legal information

The Service operates in the jurisdictions of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Seychelles in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Seychelles. In the event of a violation of the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Seychelles, the Service administration reserves the right to block the offending account without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, the legislation of the Russian Federation shall prevail.

The Administration is not responsible for the actions of its users. Any actions a user takes through the Service are the sole responsibility of that user.

The Service is intended exclusively for lawful tracking of advertising campaign conversions. Use of the Service in ways that violate applicable law, Telegram's platform rules, or the rights of third parties is prohibited.

Complaints and claims

If you discover violations of your rights or the legislation of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Seychelles by users of the Service, please notify us by e-mail: me@wr.su. We will review your request promptly and take the necessary action.
